What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
Empowerment of women means empowerment of men at the same time. Let’s work together to realise this - hand in hand, not through conflict.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Sisters - become financially independent but do it in a sustainable way that makes you happy. There is an inspiring Japanese TV drama named "Runaway as a helpful disgrace". It shows paradigm shift from “employed housewife” to “co-CEO” of a family! Have a look!

次世代の若い女性たちへ何かアドバイスはありますか？
次世代の皆さんへ。持続可能かつ幸せを感じられる手段で、経済的な自立をしたらよいと思います！結婚に関してはドラマ「逃げるは恥だが役に立つ」のように「雇われ専業主婦」から「共同経営者」への転換が大事だと思います。
