What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
Treat women as equal to men. Support their choices when they want to have a senior company position, or to become a mother or not, let them be mothers and workers. Sex education is somewhat lacking - many women in Japan don’t seem to know much about their bodies and options.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Respect yourself in your decisions and the process of making decisions.
