What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
Activate the employment support system after women have given birth. Build an environment where parents can go to work knowing their children are being looked after properly. In-house daycare facilities would help working mums and dads!
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Cherish yourself. Always strive to create an environment where you as a woman can shine!
